  1. Receive transport information from customers:

– Staff arrive at the customer’s goods gathering point to check.

– Check packing methods and advise on product packaging.

– Determine full information of goods: weight, dimensions, delivery address, required transport time.

  1. Quotation:

– Based on information the customer provides to perform price checking.

– Then offer a suitable price for transport,

– Draft transport contract to commit to pickup and delivery dates.

  1. Dispatch vehicles for pickup:

– Arrange trucks/containers to pick up goods at the address provided by the customer.

– Sign the delivery record (handover minutes) at the pickup point.

  1. Door-to-door delivery:

– Perform unloading of goods from trucks/containers for the customer.

– Sign the delivery record.

  1. Bring back the delivery record with full signature of the receiver:

– End the contract and settle the payment of road transport charges for that shipment.
