• Business Registration Certificate of the Vietnamese trader or License for Establishment of Representative Office of the foreign manufacturing company (02 notarized copies).
• Certificate of Food Safety and Hygiene eligibility (02 notarized copies).
• Product testing result sheet (regarding main quality indicators, quality indicators, and related hygiene indicators).
• Product label or photo of product label and draft of secondary label content (stamped by the trader).
• 03 product label samples.
• Certificate of Trademark Registration, or Trademark Registration Declaration with application receipt stamp from the National Office of Intellectual Property.

Quality declaration dossier for products imported from abroad includes:

• Notarized copy of Business Registration Certificate of the declaring company;
• Certificate of Analysis (CA): 02 originals or certified true copies (regarding main quality indicators, quality indicators, and related hygiene indicators).
• Certificate of Free Sale (CFS): Original or consular legalized copy;
• Certificate of Food Safety and Hygiene eligibility or ISO 22000 of the manufacturing company.
• Product label or photo of product label; draft of secondary label content (stamped by the trader);
• Certificate of Trademark Registration; or Trademark Registration Declaration with application receipt stamp from the National Office of Intellectual Property.
